Somatic Therapy

Listen To Your Body, Not Just Your Brain.

Your nervous system is at the helm of every meeting, every conversation, and every decision you make. And when burnout, trauma, or personal life stressors hijack your system, your leadership suffers—whether you realize it or not.

Somatic Therapy is a space to unwind what’s been tightly held. Whether you’re navigating stress, preparing for a promotion, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, this work helps you reconnect with the wisdom of your body so you can lead from a place of presence, not protection.

What We’re Doing Together

This isn’t traditional therapy or coaching. This is a body-based, trauma-informed approach that acknowledges how past experiences and day-to-day stress shape how you lead, communicate, and connect. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Nervous system regulation and embodied presence

  • Patterns that stem from past trauma or chronic stress

  • Burnout, fatigue, or disengagement at work

  • Cultural Conditioning, such as people-pleasing, emotional suppression, or over-giving

  • Building capacity for challenge, feedback, and visibility

  • Somatic movement practices rooted in safety and connection

  • Therapeutic somatic art practices

Each session meets you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and no judgment.

What to Expect

Somatic Therapy is a relational process. It’s not about fixing what feels off—it’s about growing your capacity to be with what’s here. Sessions may include:

  • Grounded conversation and somatic inquiry

  • Gentle body-based practices to help you notice, name, and shift patterns

  • Table work and intentional therapeutic touch (if desired and appropriate)

  • Mindful breathwork, tracking body cues, and co-regulation

  • Space for emotional release and integration

This is a space to come as you are. Over time, we build a relational field based in trust—because some trauma can only be processed in safe, attuned relationship.
