I’m deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies so they can find clarity, confidence, and power while navigating systems that were never built for them.

For nearly 20 years, I worked inside traditional leadership models—coaching and developing leaders and teams across industries. From the outside, it looked successful. But I kept noticing the same quiet truth: something was missing.

Women had been asked to disconnect from their intuition, to override their feelings, and to trade their inner knowing for external validation.
We were told to shrink, smooth our edges, and silence the parts of ourselves that didn’t “fit.” And while it may have opened doors or climbed ladders, the cost was steep.
I saw it in others, and I felt it in myself; burnout, disconnection, and a lingering sense of unfulfillment, even when we had everything we were told to want.
Somatic healing became my way home. A way to rebuild trust with my body, soften the grip of performance, and learn how to listen again.
Now, I help other women do the same.
Because the truth is: the answers you’re seeking aren’t “out there.” They already live inside you. The work is learning how to hear them—and how to honor what you know.

Why Somatic Therapy?
