In these workshops, we slow down enough to notice what’s happening in real time. We create space for your body to speak, for tension to unwind, insight to arise, and truth to be felt. You don’t just leave with notes. You leave with new patterns wired into your system.

Why These Workshops Are Different

Most leadership training stays in the head. These workshops are different because they invite you into the body.

 

When you have a felt, embodied experience of a leadership concept—like presence, boundaries, consent, or repair—it shifts from theory to lived wisdom. It becomes real. And that changes how you show up.

 

These workshops also center co-regulation: the process of feeling safe, grounded, and emotionally connected in the presence of others. Regulation isn’t just something you do alone—it’s something we learn and experience through relationship. That’s why the group matters.

 

Through intentional practices of witnessing and being witnessed, participants learn what it means to be seen without needing to perform or prove. This opens up deeper connection, clarity, and courage. It’s where personal healing and leadership development meet.

  • In-person, experiential training rooted in body awareness and relational insight.​

  • Tools you can integrate immediately into your leadership, communication, and relationships​

  • 3 SHRM Recertification PDCs per workshop for eligible participants.

 

Each workshop is held live and in person. Public workshop dates are listed seasonally, and private workshops can be booked by teams or organizations.
