Transform Within
Lead Without Limits
with Somatic Leadership

Tiffany Green
Founder, Somatic Educator, Workplace Disruptor
I help leaders come back into their bodies—so they can lead with clarity, connection, and conviction.
For nearly two decades, I worked inside traditional leadership systems—coaching teams, developing talent, and building engagement strategies across industries. I saw what worked. I saw what failed. And most of all, I saw what leadership looked like when people were disconnected from themselves. I created Center for Somatic Leadership because the way we’ve been taught to lead isn’t working anymore. It’s performative. It’s reactive. It’s disembodied. And it’s burning people out.
The real work of leadership begins in the body.

What is Somatic Leadership?
Somatic Leadership is a body-first, trauma-informed approach to professional growth. It’s not about doing more—it’s about showing up differently. This work is grounded in nervous system science and informed by practices such as polyvagal theory, Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Intuitive Healing™, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy. These methods reveal how trauma, stress, identity, and emotional patterning shape the way we lead, relate, and respond. Whether you're facing burnout, stepping into a bigger role, or seeking to feel more grounded and alive in your leadership, this work will help you reconnect to yourself and lead from a place that is clear, attuned, and fully embodied.
The 3 Pillars of Somatic Leadership
1. Somatic Intelligence
This is where it all begins—learning to understand yourself first. Through body awareness, nervous system literacy, and introspection, you’ll begin to recognize your internal signals and patterns. This foundational pillar helps you build the capacity to stay present, make aligned decisions, and regulate through stress or conflict. You can’t lead others if you’re disconnected from yourself. This is the first step.
2. Human Engagement & Behavior
Once you understand your own system, you’re ready to understand others. This pillar explores why people behave the way they do—through the lens of the nervous system, emotional safety, motivation, and learned survival strategies. It helps you identify invisible patterns and better support connection, collaboration, and belonging. It’s an essential bridge between inner awareness and relational leadership.
3. Heart-Centered Leadership
This is where it all comes together. In this pillar, you learn tangible leadership skills—how to listen, give feedback, navigate conflict, build trust, and hold space. You’ll integrate the self-awareness of somatic intelligence with the relational awareness of human engagement to lead in a way that is deeply present, emotionally intelligent, and powerfully real. These are the skills that create sustainable leadership.

The Core Conditions for Change
Every offering—whether it’s a coaching session, workshop, or organizational engagement—is built on what I call the Core Conditions for transformation:

Connection
Feeling seen, understood, and safe to show up.

Safety
Emotional, psychological, and somatic security to be fully present.

Trust
Built slowly, in the body, through co-regulation and consistent relationship.
These aren’t buzzwords. These are embodied realities—and they’re non-negotiable if we want to lead differently.
